Citizen Watches

 Citizen Watch Co., Ltd. was founded in 1918 in Japan. It was originally established as the Shokosha Watch Research Institute, and the name "Citizen" was registered by the company in 1924, the same year they produced their first pocket watch named Citizen. The company officially became Citizen Watch Co., Ltd. in 1930.
